Experience
Assessments – Prepared over 100 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on properties ranging from vacant land to commercial and industrial facilities.
Permitting/Registrations – Experience includes reviewing, modifying, and obtaining local, state, and federal permits and registrations. Permit experience includes hazardous waste, industrial waste, wastewater, surface water, and storm water permits. Registrations include above-and underground storage tanks, and hazardous waste generation.
Plan Preparation – Extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of Health and Safety Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) for construction sites and industrial facilities, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC).
GIS/Environmental Mapping and Database Development - Skilled in ArcView and ArcInfo. Task Manager and GIS Analyst for the creation of multiple environmental maps and databases for eight Border Safety Inspection Facility (BSIF) projects. Prepared a GIS Implementation Plan for a proposed city planning organization in College Station, Texas. Telecommunications - Prepared over ten environmental studies for telecommunication facilities in Texas. Tasks included: evaluating environmental impacts, preparation and completion of NEPA checklists, consultation and coordination with resource agencies, and generating final report findings.
