Storm Water Permitting

In compliance with the Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System Rule (TPDES) General Permit TXR150000 for large construction sites (greater than five-acres) Spring Environmental prepares complete and accurate Notices of Intent (NOI) for filing prior to the onset of construction, and prepares Notices of Termination (NOT) once construction activities are complete. For industrial sites requiring coverage under the Multi Sector General Permit (MSGP) TXR050000, Spring Environmental conducts an initial assessment of the property to determine whether an NOI must be filed or a Conditional No Exposure Certificate (NEC) may be filed. Upon this determination, Spring will either complete and submit and NOI or NOT to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
